DELIVERY AND ORDER FULFILMENT

The information on this page is provided for guidance purposes. The detailed delivery and order fulfilment conditions are governed by the Terms and Conditions of the Online Shop (section 5).

1) When does order fulfilment begin?

  1. Order fulfilment begins in principle once the Customer’s payment has been received.
    Payment is deemed to have been made on the day the Seller’s bank or settlement account is credited.
  2. For orders placed in the Online Shop (in particular Standard Pieces of Furniture), the Customer receives information on delivery costs
    and available delivery options no later than during the order placement process.
  3. For individual orders / orders placed by way of offer (e.g. products that are not Standard Pieces of Furniture), the delivery method, deadline
    and costs are agreed individually before the Sales Contract is concluded.

2) Processing time (production)

  • The processing time depends on the type of product and the complexity of the production process.
    Details are available under: Processing time and in the product description.
  • Most orders are fulfilled within 2 to 14 weeks. Orders with a more complex production process may take up to 25 weeks.
  • Maximum order processing time (production): up to 25 weeks from payment, unless the contract states otherwise.
  • The deadline may change for important reasons beyond the Seller’s control (e.g. delays in raw material deliveries, breakdowns,
    supply chain disruptions, carrier strikes, force majeure) – in such cases we will communicate the new estimated deadline.
  • If the Seller is delayed, the Customer may set a reasonable additional deadline; if that deadline passes without result, the Customer may withdraw
    from the unperformed part of the contract (subject to statutory exceptions).

3) Transport (delivery)

  • The total delivery time consists of: production + transport.
    The transport period begins on the day the order fulfilment (production) is completed.
  • Delivery is carried out by a transport company selected by the Seller.
  • Standard transport options (indicative):
    • Standard transport (up to 5 business days) – kerb-side delivery, no carry-in;
    • Transport with carry-in (up to 15 business days) or arranged individually;
    • Transport with carry-in and assembly (up to 20 business days) or arranged individually.

    Availability of options depends on the product and is confirmed no later than during the order placement process.

  • Delivery is chargeable unless the Sales Contract states otherwise. Delivery costs are displayed in the Shop during the order placement process.
    For orders placed by way of offer, costs are agreed individually.
  • Personal collection is possible following individual arrangements with the Seller.

Transport complaints (damage or loss in transit)

  • We recommend checking the condition of the consignment upon delivery and, if any signs of damage are found, immediately raising objections
    with the carrier and requesting a damage report.
  • If damage is discovered after collection (concealed damage), the Customer may request the carrier to prepare a damage report without delay,
    no later than 7 days after receipt of the consignment.
  • To streamline the process, we recommend documenting the damage photographically (including the packaging).
  • A missing damage report may hinder the pursuit of claims against the carrier, but does not exclude or limit
    the Seller’s statutory liability for non-conformity of the product with the Sales Contract.

4) Proof of purchase

A receipt or invoice is issued for purchased products – in accordance with the Customer’s choice and the details provided during the order placement process.
