Description

Tall Oak Side Table TERIN – Compact Extra Surface for the Living Room

The tall oak side table TERIN is designed for interiors where an extra surface is useful but a wide coffee table or storage unit would take up too much space. Its tall, compact form works well beside a sofa or armchair, against a wall or in a bedroom, providing an easy place for a lamp, book, cup, phone or other everyday items. The round tabletop keeps the piece visually light and makes it easier to position in smaller areas. TERIN can also work as a light console where a large console table with drawers or storage is not required. Its simple shape makes it easy to combine with both modern and more understated interiors. If you are comparing furniture for a wall, hallway or living area, browse the wider selection of RaWood console tables.

Round Oak Top and a Choice of Wood Finishes

TERIN is built around a simple form that allows the oak and its finish to remain the main visual feature. The round tabletop softens the proportions of the tall structure, while the compact footprint makes the table useful in places where floor space is limited. A choice of wood finishes allows the round oak side table to be coordinated with flooring, a dining table, shelving or other wooden furniture already in the room. Lighter tones create a calmer and more natural effect, while darker finishes such as Mocca, Wenge or Black can give the piece stronger contrast. TERIN is supplied ready assembled, so it can be positioned and used immediately after delivery. This makes it a practical solution when you need a convenient surface within easy reach without adding a large piece of furniture to the room.

Build a Coordinated Interior with the TERIN Collection

TERIN works especially well when its oak finish is repeated across several pieces in the same interior. The table belongs to the TERIN collection, making it easier to create a consistent arrangement rather than choosing each item separately. If you also need open storage for books, decorative objects or personal items, the TERIN oak bookcase with open shelves is a natural companion; product links from TERIN remain deliberately limited to other TERIN models. If the standard side table is close to what you need but selected parameters or the finish should be reviewed, use the custom furniture service and specify TERIN as the base model. The possible scope of changes is confirmed for this particular construction. You can also browse the RaWood portfolio for additional ideas on oak finishes, proportions and furniture combinations.

Care

Advantages and care of lacquered furniture

Wooden furniture protected with lacquer is extremely easy to care for. Dust, dirt and other contaminants can be removed with soft, dry cloth, e.g. from microfiber. When using special product for cleaning lacquered wood, you should first apply it to cloth and later on wood. Cleaning removes the protective layer that is on the furniture. Therefore, after cleaning the furniture, it is necessary to secure it. Wooden furniture doesn't like water, so you shouldn't wash it with water and liquid. Remember that there are different wood finishes (e.g. gloss, matt) and there is a different care product for each. Glossy furniture over time can slightly matte. Therefore, for preservation, use a suitable and intended for this product, which will give beautiful shine. Good maintenance product will mask scratches created on the lacquered surface during use (to remove deep scratches, furniture should be renovated).

Advantages and care of oiled furniture

Care of oiled furniture isn't particularly difficult, but it requires the application of several rules and, above all, regularity. Oiled wood is cleaned every day with dry or gently moistened, soft cloth, according to the arrangement of the grains. Don't wash oiled furniture with strong detergents! Oiled wooden furniture is always cleaned only with mild agents designed specifically for them. Good way to preserve the beauty of oiled furniture is to clean it every 2 months with cloth soaked in the same oil with which it was oiled. Depending on some time, it is also worth carrying out another oiling procedure. Especially solid wood table tops finished with oil need to be covered with oil again from time to time. Wood absorbs oil gradually, so oiling should be done systematically, several times a year. This will make them look like new.
