Good way to preserve the beauty of oiled furniture is to clean it every 2 months with cloth soaked in the same oil with which it was oiled. Depending on some time, it is also worth carrying out another oiling procedure. Especially solid wood table tops finished with oil need to be covered with oil again from time to time. Wood absorbs oil gradually, so oiling should be done systematically, several times a year. This will make them look like new.
